Deliveroo Privacy Policy

Deliveroo has now closed operations in Spain. Your account will remain open and available to you for 6 months. This will allow you to continue to access information related to your previous orders. If you have placed an order in other Deliveroo markets, your account will remain open and accessible to you unless you choose to deactivate it by contacting us at atencion@deliveroo.es. 

We only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, or the basis on which we were relying to process your information no longer applies, we will either delete or anonymise your information.
